The Subconscious Mind

The Subconscious Mind

The Subconscious Mind is an amazing tool!

We can use our subconscious minds to rewrite bad habits, create uplifting programs and obliterate destructive ones. This mind is perfect for holding information.

A trained psychologist or hypnotist could regress someone back 40 years and the scene would be vibrant in every detail as if it happened a moment ago. This can be a problem because once the subconscious mind has a command, or as I like to think about it, A Program, it is difficult to change.

Our Subconscious Mind is Programmed During Youth

We are programmed (how we view the world) from age 1 – 7, on average, with our belief system. As children, we are sponges because our brain operates at the alpha state 8 to 12 cycles per second. After this, it increases to beta 12.5 to 30 or higher.

In the alpha state, it is much easier to program the subconscious. When someone watches television their brain waves slow down to the alpha state and is easily suggestible.

We are powerful creators but our subconscious only allows us to create what we believe based on our programming. For example, when we were little, if our parents were focused on ill health, most likely that would be a program that we would be running and not even know it.

Like many of us, I experienced a lot of money issues growing up because I was programmed that I had to work hard to make money and only 2 percent of the population made an annual income above $100,000. So, no matter how hard I worked I could never break that barrier until I changed my subconscious blueprint.

How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

We can access this part of the mind in a few different ways. I used hypnosis and other programs and would listen to them whenever I could, working, sleeping and sometimes even driving. I noticed that my thought patterns improved after a few weeks. This, in turn, changed my life experiences.

Another way to access the subconscious is through repetition. You can use mantras (a statement you say over and over until you believe it). Repeating the sentence, I am healthy, is a perfect example. Writing repetitive statements is another great way to change your programming. Have you ever heard that “the pen is mightier than the sword?”

My favorite way to change my reality is the last 5 minutes before I go to bed. I like to imagine a scene I would like to experience in my life. I would lie there and give this vision every tone possible, sound, color, smell. I create a scene which means my goals are already manifested.

I do it every night until I experience the actual scene I imagined. I have used this method to manifest dream homes multiple times, this liquid-soldier platform that has over 200 million users was just a goal that I imagined and here it is. We can create anything once our subconscious believes it.

NASA Study Proved You Can Reprogram Your Neural Networks

NASA did a study where they had astronauts wear special glasses for 30 days that flipped their vision (they saw upside down). They had to eat with them and even shower with them

After 30 days their vision automatically corrected itself. A second group did the same thing but was told to take the goggles off on day 15 and then put them back on. It took them 45 days for their vision to flip. The brain in these astronauts actually created new neural networks for this to happen.

Conclusion

I bring this up because you have to hold to your vision until it happens. If you break for one day it will take longer. During our day no matter what we are doing we have thousands of thoughts. Which ones are we giving energy to?

Start paying attention because that plays a huge role in the experiences you will have in the future. If you think a thought enough it has to come into your reality – good or bad.

This may seem a little overwhelming at first, but I guarantee it is much easier to choose better thoughts that will help you to deal with all your daily issues.
