Shipping

PMM Dispensary ship orders primarily through USPS, UPS & FedEx, anywhere in the United States. We also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MST) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES PMM OFFER?

PMM offers free USPS Priority shipping on orders $249.99+. You can choose shipping option at checkout in case you need your order delivered the next day.

PMM can ship to APO/FPO bases using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $249.99, and a flat rate of $14.99 for all orders under $199.99

FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays. USPS Priority Mail also only delivers on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

We offer free shipping on all orders above 199.99$. Shipping is done Monday through Friday and we only ship to valid addresses within the United States and out of the United States.

Customers may also select from the following shipping options for an additional cost:

  • Standard $14.99 per order (no shipping or delivery on Sundays).
  • Expedited Shipping $19.99 per order (includes P.O. Boxes and Weekend Delivery)
  • 2-Day Shipping $24.99 per order (no shipping or delivery on Sundays and also available for P.O. Boxes).
  • Overnight $29.99 up to 20 pounds and $2.99 for each additional pound per order (no shipping or delivery on Sundays).
  • Priority Overnight $35.99 per order

For edibles and other products that require a controlled temperature during shipment, we ship via Next Day Air. We ship Monday – Thursday to ensure timely, temperature controlled delivery. All controlled temperature shipments include a temperature monitoring strip to indicate the temperature experienced by a product during shipment, as well as the length of time the product may have experienced a temperature outside of reasonable threshold

SHIPPING TIMES AND SHIPPING SPEED

Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged and sent to you. Orders are generally shipped out within 12-48 hours of being placed. In rare cases of holidays or special sales, processing times can be between 3-4 days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays and are not packaged on holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival date. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Overnight – by the end of following business day
  • Priority Overnight – by 10:30 am on the following business day

All our packages are shipped out via the fastest Discreet shipping Agency available in your location. Tracking labels are sent out via email once the package is picked up by the post office. You will not receive a tracking number email until your package has been processed, packaged, and labeled for pick up by the postal service.
